TIRANA (Albania) - The FIBA U18 EuroBasket, Division C, is just one of 16 exciting youth events taking place all over Europe this summer.
The tournament will take place in the city of Tirana, Albania, from July 19-27.
The Group Phase for this year's FIBA U18 EuroBasket, Division C.
A total of 10 teams will compete for the title in Division C. They have been split into two groups of five with the Group Phase as follows.
Group A: Monaco, Cyprus, San Marino, Armenia, Gibraltar Group B: Luxembourg, Albania, Moldova, Andorra, Malta
The Group Phase takes place over the first three days, with a rest day on July 25 before the final round of pool games. The Classification games will begin on July 26.
The competition will continue in the form of a bracket, beginning with the Semi-Finals and ending with the Final on July 27. The classification games will also determine each of the ten positions.

Azerbaijan celebrate their FIBA U18 EuroBasket, Division C wildly in Albania last summer.
Azerbaijan led from start to finish as they defeated Luxembourg 77-71 in last year's Division C final in Elbasan, Albania.
Murad Babayev led the way for the winners with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists, as Derin Berkoz and Mahammad Huseynli added 14 points apiece. Luxembourg's Philippe Stoffel hit five three-pointers for 19 points.
As a result, Azerbaijan were promoted to Division B.
Hosts Albania claimed the bronze medal with a comfortable 79-53 victory over Armenia. Viktorio Hida's monster double-double of 21 points and 20 rebounds powered the Albanians to a podium finish.

Promising guard Derin Berkoz made it a double-winning tournament for Azerbaijan, claiming MVP honors.
Berkoz filled the statsheet in the Final, with 14 points, 5 points, 4 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks, but his consistency throughout the event earned him this accolade. Berkoz averaged 15.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.5 assists across the tournament.

Cyprus remains at the top of Division C, having won the title three times, ahead of Andorra and Albania - who each have two titles - but due to their bronze medal last summer, the latter's overall haul grows to four.
