Abuja Firm To Host 2025 Awards In August
Real Estate Award Ltd has announced the nominated recipients for the 2025 edition of the Abuja Real Estate & Property Awards scheduled to hold in the Federal Capital, Abuja on the 24th of August at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel.
According to the Director of Programs and Communications, Mrs Rosemary Ifekam, the Abuja Real Estate & Property Awards is a platform aimed at celebrating the excellent achievements of the Abuja real estate and property developers within the Abuja real estate industry who have made significant contributions to the real estate sector under the year in review.
“This year, a total of one thousand six hundred and twenty three nominations were received across the award categories. After a careful and up-to-date screening process, the screening committee approved the listed organisations for the voting process, which was determined by the general public through the organisers’ website, says Rosemary.
The voting stage not only helped us to identify our final award recipients but also helped us to determine the influence of the organization within the real estate and property sector. The successful winner from the category has been communicated to, via an official letter,” Rosemary added.
According to the Chairman of the Advisory Board Dr. Uwabor Joshua, the award dinner, scheduled to hold on the 24th of August 2025, at the Transcorp Hilton Abuja promises to be a world class event that will leave all those who attend with a lasting impression and business relationships that will change their businesses for the best.
Amongst the organizations nominated to recieve the award this year are Pirotti Group, Firstfruit Housing Ltd, Cosgrove Ltd, Bam Projects, Twenty Five Eleven, Footstool Estate, Hall 7 Estate, Edin & People Ltd, Neo Homes, Modern Shelter, Urban Shelter, Mshel Ltd, Livebridge Group, DME Group, Promiseland Estate, Aiben Properties, Gabbies Court, Profilled World Homes, SOW Real Estate and others.
Aside from the award, exhibition opportunities would be made available for some registered organisation at the event just to enable them to position their products and services for others to see,” says the organisers.
The Abuja Real Estate & Property Awards initiative is spearheaded by Real Estate Award Ltd in partnership with Twelve23 Projects Ltd and Advancement Forum Nigeria.
