Slice one inch of ginger and boil it in one cup of water for at least 5-7 minutes. Once the ginger tea is ready, strain it, and drink warm.
Also known as saunf, it can be consumed after meals or you can make its tea by boiling one teaspoon of fennel seeds in one cup of water for 5-10 minutes. Drink it after meals.
Take one and a half teaspoon of baking soda and mix it in one cup of water. Drink this mixture slowly to neutralise stomach acid.
Also known as ajwain, it can be swallowed with a tiny bit of salt in it or you can drink warm ajwain water by boiling one teaspoon of it in a cup of water.
Take half lemon and squeeze it into one glass of warm water. Drink this mixture on an empty stomach or at least 30 minutes before meals.
Take half a spoon of turmeric powder, boil one cup of milk, and mix them until well combined. Drink the turmeric milk before going to bed.
Take a few mint leaves, crush them, and mix with warm water. Add one teaspoon of honey and mix again. Drink this mixture after meals.
