A contemporary-style home in Sag Harbor is coming to the market for nearly $3.6 million. The taxes are $12,290.

Built in 2012, the house is located on Laurel Lane. Its sleek, black exterior aesthetic continues inside: An open-floor layout accentuated by walls of windows and clean lines throughout. It contains four bedrooms and four bathrooms, spanning 5,200 square feet.

The house sits by Lily Pond, with a path down to its edge in the backyard.

"It really is a bio-diverse kind of property," Cassie Esposito, of Compass, said. She is co-listing the house with Susan Ryan and John Esposito. "There are all these birds chirping; all this greenery. It's a very peaceful spot, tucked away in a cute little neighborhood."

The backyard also features an in-ground pool, patio, breezeway, outdoor shower and fireplace.

"The lighting you get off the water as the sun starts going down is really beautiful," Esposito said.

Inside, there is a temperature-controlled wine and cigar storage room, which "you don't see all the time," the agent said. The basement boasts a gym, sauna, theater space and oversized steam shower.

There is a mix of architectural styles in this part of Sag Harbor, said Esposito, but this home is "definitely unique for the area."

"This one is super modern, if not the most modern in this pocket," she said. "There's a lot of black in the house, which you don't see very often, especially in a Hamptons house. But it gives it a uniqueness; a nice edge to it."

The property is served by the Sag Harbor Union Free School District.
